Dear Really EZ Pools;
On your website, you state “quality customer service”. I am writing to let everyone know that Really EZ Pools not only has quality customer service, but outstanding customer service.
We purchased our Quik-Set Pool from you in 2005. When we started assembly, we were missing a couple of parts. I contacted you by phone, and within a couple of days the missing parts arrived at my door. I was very impressed with your courteous customer service and the speed in which the parts arrived! The rest of the 2005 swimming season was excellent!
In June 2006, we again set-up the pool, anticipating another flawless swimming season. On Wednesday June 28th, disaster struck. Our Quik-Set Pool seam gave way. To add complexity to the issue, we had planned a summer party for the 4th of July weekend (only 4 days away). My daughter was crushed!
I emailed you and sent photos along with an explanation of what happened. Within a few minutes, I received an email from Charles at Really EZ Pools, telling me what I had to do to start the replacement process. He explained that the Quik-Set brand, offered by Cornelius Pools, was no longer supported with warranty support - as the parent company of Cornelius Pools had gone out of business. I conveyed to him the importance of getting the pool replacement by the weekend (2 days away). He said he’d contact their new factory supplier directly and see what he could do.
Though Charles had explained that Really EZ Pools was not responsible for the Quik-Set Pool warranty - we were their customer and they would not let us down. EZ Pools had secured a new supplier who had been working with them to take care of EZ Pool customers who had purchased Quik-Set Pools from them. We trusted EZ Pools and they did not let us down!
We picked up a replacement liner and were swimming in it that Saturday evening for our 4th of July party. Our party was saved thanks to the excellent customer care of Really EZ Pools!
